The Instructional Designer partners with faculty to design, develop, and improve courses across modalities, applying instructional design principles and institutional standards to support alignment of outcomes, learning activities, and assessments at the course and program level. This role supports the development of online and hybrid courses, leveraging the College’s learning management system and other educational technologies. The Instructional Designer contributes to course development efforts across credit and non-credit programs and supports grant-funded and strategic initiatives.
