As a member of the Professional Development team, the Faculty Developer facilitates faculty development activities for all full-time and adjunct faculty. The faculty developer supports faculty in areas related to equitable practices, classroom management, instructional design, delivery, and assessment and provides a collaborative, team-based approach in working with faculty, academic leaders, mentors, and the Director of Professional Development to ensure quality in teaching and learning. The Faculty Developer assists in the development of both full-time and adjunct faculty by facilitating professional development sessions, providing individualized coaching and communication, and by assisting faculty with connecting to needed resources.
