The Associate Dean of Business, Arts, and Sciences works with faculty, staff, and CVTC leadership to improve and enhance program effectiveness through planning and delivery of curriculum, the supervision and evaluation of faculty and program support staff, and scheduling of courses and instructors. Responsibilities include ensuring continuing program operation on a day-to-day and long-term basis in areas such as scheduling, budgeting, and meeting operational and equipment needs, as well as oversight of various initiatives that are part of the division, including program enrollment, course delivery, student retention and completion, and assessment of student learning outcomes.
